When they’re with us, we’re watching over them like a cast of hawks. (Yup, that’s what you call a group of hawks.) And from the start, we’re watching out for you, too.
We know. Sometimes, parents get stressed just thinking about their children traveling abroad. Travel prep. Passports. Orientation meetings. Packing bags. Before and after they board that plane, there’s a lot to think about. Occasionally, you’re just going to worry a bit. From our point of view, it’s important that we do what we can to help you feel less anxious about the unknown.
That’s why we include standard travel, medical and emergency coverage for every student and Leader. This travel protection plan has been purchased on your behalf by Quo Student Travel. You don’t even have to think about it.
But sometimes you do anyway, right? We all know that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. So, we also offer additional CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Insurance.

When you travel with Quo, we automatically include – free of additional charge – standard international travel and medical insurance coverage. This coverage is provided for all traveling students and Leaders through the GroupAdvantage Standard Plan from Trip Assure.
The Standard Plan includes:
- trip interruption and delay coverage,
- standard medical expense & emergency assistance coverage,
- some baggage coverage, and more.

We understand that stuff happens. Our modern lives have a lot of moving parts and it’s often difficult to know how things will look in 12 months or more. This uncertainty is why people buy insurance, and it’s why TripAssure offers the GroupAdvantage Plus Plan.
This coverage is ideal for busy students traveling abroad because it offers appealing CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage.

Standard Plan: Congratulations – if you’re registered, you’re already enrolled in coverage for next summer’s travel program! If basic coverage meets your needs, you have nothing more to do.
Plus Plan: We make enrollment in the Plus Plan simple and easy. Just complete the short form below to enroll.
- The cost of the Plus Plan will be invoiced separately in the next billing cycle.
- You will receive your Certificate of Coverage and Disclosures via email from Trip Assure about 30 days prior to departure.
