Adult Traveler Registration

People to People - Quo Student Travel - Education Travel
Where are you going?

We can’t wait for you to tell us!

Adult Travelers are an increasing component of many Quo Student Travel programs. If you’re approved for travel, we are happy to have you as part of the Quo family!

We only have four requirements for Adult Travelers:
  1. Leader Acceptance
  2. Background Check
  3. Payment of Adult Program Price
  4. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Leader Acceptance

Many of our Leaders will accept Adult Travelers on their programs. Some travel as participants, others as medical companions, chaperones and even Co-Leaders. Whatever you role, if your Leader welcomes you on board, so do we!

Background Check

Soon after registering for your program, we will provide a link to a background screening website. It’s easy-peasy, and once you complete the screening and we get the all-clear, you’re greenlighted to proceed!

Adult Price

The program price for Adult Travelers is higher by $195 because student rates for hotels, meals and attractions are always lower than adult prices.

Single Supplement

Adults are also welcome to purchase a Single Supplement so they have their own room each night. Without the Single Supplement, adults will room with a same-sex program Leader or other same-sex adult. Adults are never allowed to room with students while on program. The Single Supplement price is different for each program because hotel costs vary. When registering, you will have the option of selecting “Adult” or “Adult with Single Room.”

Terms & Conditions

It’s important that we’re all on the same page about what it means to travel on a Quo program. By completing your program Registration, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of travel with Quo.

(Click the button below to read the Terms and Conditions.)

When registering for your program, you will be asked to check a box if you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Travel.

Did you read them? You can’t complete your Registration without checking the box, so go ahead and read them before you complete your Registration.  We made them easy and fun, so it’s almost painless.

A copy of the Terms and Conditions will be included with your first invoice.

Which Payment Plan Is Right for You?

When registering for your Quo Student Travel program, we offer 3 payment options. (More details available at the Quo Payment Center.)

Payment in Full

Everyone is welcome to pay their program cost in full at the time of booking. This is easy to do, and you’ll know that your place in the Travel Group is secure. At any time 90 days prior to program departure, there is a $50 discount for payment in full.

Installment Plan

The Installment Plan is great for families who are raising funds to pay their tuition and won’t have regular payments available until closer to departure. This plan is based on making two larger deferred payments. This allows you to pay your $500 deposit on the day of registration, and then pay 50% of the remaining cost no later than 95 days prior to departure. The final 50% must then be paid 60 days prior to your Travel Group’s departure date.

When you choose the Installment Plan option and pay your deposit, you will not receive an invoice until late Winter/early Spring, which still allows plenty of time to make the 95-day payment deadline.

Monthly Payments

When you select the Monthly Payment option, your equal payments are based on the Registration date and Departure date. Monthly invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month.

There are 4 steps to enrollment:

Please note: This process can only be used for credit card payments and deposits. If you intend to pay your deposit by check, you must call us to complete enrollment over the phone.

Don’t know your Destination?

If you know your Leader’s name but don’t know which destination they’re headed to, no problem. Just click here for the Leader Directory and click your Leader’s name. Otherwise…

Begin your enrollment on the Destinations page.

Find your destination (i.e., Galapagos and Ecuador) and click “Learn More.” This takes you to the full program page with pricing, highlights and a day-by-day itinerary.

Click “Enroll Now” – and then follow these instructions:

1) Select your Leader
  • When you click “Enroll,” you’ll see a list of programs, indicating the Leader’s name and departure city.
  • Click on the program led by the teacher with whom you plan to travel.
  • You’ll be redirected to our “Enrollment” page.
  • After you submit your Enrollment form, you’ll be redirected to our “booking payment page,” by Zozi.
2) Are you a student or adult?
  • On the Zozi Booking Payment page, type “1” in the “Adult” box on the right.
  • Click “Add to Cart.”
  • When you complete Step #2 you’ll be redirected to Step #3.
3) Personal Information
  • Next, you will see a screen with 5 basic booking questions for the enrolled passenger.
  • These are mostly repeats from the Enrollment form, so we apologize. Two different systems, so again, sorry.
  • Please be sure to follow the formatting examples to ensure accurate information.
  • Then, click the “Continue” button.
4) Payment & Details
  • The payment form starts off easy, asking for your T-shirt size. Sizing is standard Male/Female – if you’re a woman and select Medium, you’ll get a Ladies Medium T-shirt.
  • You’ll also see an option to add enhanced travel coverage + CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Insurance.
  • If you’re using a Promo Code/Voucher/Gift Card, be sure to enter that code in the box directly below the price.
  • The second box on this screen asks for Contact Data or Traveler DataThis is *really* important stuff!
  • Please be sure that the Name entered here is the full legal name of the traveler, just as it is shown on the passport. This is used to produce the official passenger manifest, which must match the name on the passport exactly.
  • The third (secure) box is simple: just enter your credit card information.
  • Don’t forget to check the Terms & Conditions box (it’s required, but easy to miss). If you have questions about Terms & Conditions, see the pertinent section below.
  • Who is this Zozi? If you like, you can deselect the box about receiving emails from the booking engine & credit card processor Zozi. That box is built-in, so we apologize for the inconvenience of having to deselect this option.
  • Your credit card statement will indicate a charge from “ZO Quo Student Travel,” just so you know.
  • Then, simply click “Complete Booking” to finish. Viola!

It probably goes without saying, but just in case: your Enrollment is not complete until all 4 steps are complete.
